Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
2. Booking Period
- Recipients are encouraged to book their selected experience within the first 12 months of purchase.
- Where a specific experience or vehicle has been selected, pricing is generally guaranteed for 12 months.
3. Use After 12 Months
- After the initial 12-month period, the voucher retains its monetary value only.
- Any price difference for the selected experience at the time of booking must be paid by the customer.
4. Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
5. Transferability
Vouchers may be transferred to another person or applied to a different vehicle or experience, subject to availability.
6. Availability & Bookings
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
- Advance bookings are recommended to secure preferred dates.
7. Partial Use & Upgrades
Vouchers may be used toward experiences of a higher value, with any balance payable by the customer.
8. Promotions
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers or discount codes unless otherwise stated.
9. Verification
A valid voucher code must be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to verify voucher authenticity.
10. General Conditions
All experiences are subject to our standard rental terms and conditions, including driver eligibility and usage requirements.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
